1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To open a player account and use the bbb44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering on bbb44 under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded from bbb44 or have an existing account that has been suspended or closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of bbb44 complies with laws applicable to you.

3. Player Accounts

Each natural person may register only one player account with bbb44. If bbb44 determines that a player holds more than one account, bbb44 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any bonuses or winnings associated with them. The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete and current. You are required to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. bbb44 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other service. You must not share your login details with any other person. bbb44 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbb44 support immediately.

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and registered mobile number during account creation. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• bbb44 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national ID, passport, or proof of address. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by bbb44 may result in account suspension.
• bbb44 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account without providing a reason, subject to returning any uncontested balance held at the time of closure.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee or closure, at bbb44's discretion. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bbb44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, and select major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your bbb44 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bbb44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the funding source must match the account holder's registered identity.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete. bbb44 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 24 hours for bank transfers. These are target times, not guaranteed service levels. bbb44 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if additional KYC documentation is required or if the transaction is flagged for security review.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bbb44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bbb44's control.
• Funds deposited into your bbb44 wallet may be used only for placing bets on the bbb44 platform. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without any wagering activity may be treated as potential money-laundering and will be investigated accordingly.
• bbb44 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your wallet if the withdrawal is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, a chargeback, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bbb44 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and T20 tournament periods. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Registering more than one bbb44 account, or allowing another person to use your account for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the bbb44 platform, including but not limited to automated betting, account scraping, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes on the bbb44 platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, engaging in money laundering, or using the bbb44 platform in any manner that facilitates financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game offered on bbb44. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbb44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. bbb44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbb44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The bbb44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bbb44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bbb44 shall not be responsible for any loss arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform that later proves to be inaccurate.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bbb44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time if bbb44 reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Upon closure of an account for cause, any balance remaining after deduction of voided bets, clawed-back bonuses, and any outstanding charges may be returned to the account holder at bbb44's discretion. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bbb44 support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bbb44 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bbb44 will publish the updated Terms & Conditions at bbb44.vip/terms-conditions and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document. Where practicable, bbb44 will notify active players of material amendments via the contact method registered to their account. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bbb44, you are encouraged to contact bbb44 customer support in the first instance so that bbb44 may attempt to resolve the matter informally. bbb44 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.
